The Dough
We knead our special recipe, house-made dough for exactly the right consistency. We don’t truck in pre-made dough like the big chains. At Johnny’s Pizza, we actually make our dough fresh daily in our local kitchens, for a tender & delicious pizza crust that we hope you will love as much as we do. You can now get it stuffed with our creamy mozzarella Wisconsin white cheddar cheese for just $2. Our dough is made using summer harvested wheat, water, vegetable oil, a pinch of sugar, salt and yeast- that’s it.
The Cheese
Now More Cheese! No artificial flavors or preservatives in our cheese. We use only 100% Real Mozzarella Cheese, Wisconsin white cheddar made with fresh, Grade A, American milk and vegetable rennet. Our mozzarella is made using the time-honored “pasta filata” process. Our buttery and creamy cheese is high in protein and calcium. No mystery cheese “blends” like some national pizza chains.
The Meats
We use only delicious USDA Pizza Toppings. Our meat pizza toppings are expertly seasoned with herbs and spices for your enjoyment. Our zesty pepperoni is dry aged and the best money can buy.
